1. CrossFit is the best fitness program for general fitness.  CFDR High School Strength & Conditioning adapts CrossFit to the needs of an athlete, giving our athlete’s a leg up over their peers.
  2. We teach movement, not muscles.  This means not only is your strength, speed, and power going to improve, but also your agility, accuracy, balance, and coordination.
  3. The coaches you’ll work with are incredibly knowledgeable.  For example, question: does sprinkling cinnamon on your food make you jump higher?  Answer: no, it doesn’t.  And our coaches know that.
  4. We track your progress.  There’s no guess work in what we do.  If you are stronger, faster, and an overall better athlete, the numbers will tell us.
  5. Our athletes believe in our program.  We don’t lock you down to any long term contracts.  If you believe in us and want to work hard, then you’ll be here.  If you don’t, we don’t want you.
  6. Every athlete needs a minimum fitness base to continue to move up levels.  From middle school to high school, high school to college, and college to the pros.  We give you that fitness base and continually push you to improve it.
