Maddie was a competitive figure skater for 10 years, excelling to the highest level of the sport and competing regionally for many years. She was a competitive field hockey player in high school, and dabbled with almost every other sport offered in high school. During college Maddie did not play sports but continued to work out and exercise every day. CrossFit inspired Maddie to become a better and stronger person.
How had CrossFit impacted your life?
CrossFit has changed my outlook on working out, eating right, and body confidence. I have accomplished so much that I never thought possible and have never felt or looked better in my life. I transformed from a petite and insecure individual into a strong and confident person. I want to help give that experience to my clients.

What do you do besides CrossFit?
Running trails, riding my motorcycle or building something for the gym.
