How had CrossFit impacted your life?

As a naturally competitive person I worried how I would get my fix after finishing collegiate athletics. When I found CrossFit I discovered the answer. While still playing lacrosse, CrossFit was the core of my workout programing helping to maximize my athletic potential physically and more importantly, it improved my mental toughness. What’s your favorite and least favorite workout?

Favorite: Anything with heavy cleans

Least: The Sumo Deadlift High Pull portion of Fight Gone Bad
