When you think about ladders and agility drills, you typically think sports that require lots of cutting and side-to-side movement (football, basketball, soccer, tennis, etc). And since you (probably) don’t play a sport, incorporating ladders and agility drills into your workouts couldn’t possibly help you. Right?
Wrong! Not only do these drills pack a huge neurological stimulus (balance, coordination, etc), but they are fantastic for conditioning if done in a circuit or incorporated into a WOD. Seriously. Ask Andy how he felt after completing 5 rounds of the workout we talk about in the video below.
