Thanks for posting this. Coincidentally I was looking to add something like this to my training (for hockey). How would you recommend incorporating this into a daily workout? A few sets every few days (30 sec max) or should I be doing this every day?

Shoulder Press: 3-3-3-3-3
Performance – 4 Rounds for Time:
40 Double Unders
Rx – 3 Pull Ups + 3 Ring Dips = 1 Muscle Up
