I posted a link a few weeks ago about about why you should participate in the CrossFit Open.  Out of all the events we do at CrossFit DoneRight, the Open is my absolute favorite.

The CrossFit Open is the epitome of what CrossFit is all about.  The atmosphere is incredible.  The sense of community is at an all-time high.  People cheering on one another, personal records set all over the place.  There’s not much more you can ask for in a Saturday morning!

Now, I’m going to go ahead and do you a favor and address any excuses or objections you would have to participating in the Open.

Objection #1: I don’t know how to sign-up.
Easy, click here to go to the CrossFit DoneRight Team page.  Click on the red button in the top right corner, follow the directions, and voila!  You’re good to go.

Objection #2: I can’t make it in on Saturday’s.
Lucky you, all you need is a judge to count your reps and validate your score and you can perform the workout anytime between Thursday night when the WODs released and Monday night when WOD submissions close for that week.

Objection #3: I can’t perform the WOD’s prescribed.
The beauty of the CrossFit Open is…it’s OPEN to everyone!  CrossFit HQ does a fantastic job of creating workouts that almost anyone can perform.
