Below is an interesting piece on the fitness movement “MovNat”.  The takeaway is nothing new from what we really already know: natural movement is essential for ideal health and fitness.  If you aren’t running, throwing, lifting, climbing, balancing, etc, you are ignoring very important aspects of your fitness.  Call it CrossFit or MovNat, but functional movements performed properly make up the basis for any fitness program worth a damn.  We are at the point where we should know better.
