I want to thank everyone who came out last Saturday for the Pull-up Clinic.  I hope you guys enjoyed participating in it as much as I enjoyed teaching you guys.

For those of you who missed the clinic, I’ll be posting a video of the seminar on the website.  I’ll also post an edited version with the “highlights” so you don’t have to sit through the full 50 minutes (as much fun as I am to watch on video, 50 minutes of me might be too much fun for some of you).  I’ll let you guys know once I get both videos up.
