Come join me for what I hope will be the first of many CFDR movement clinics.  What’s a CFDR movement clinic?  I’m glad you asked.  A CFDR movement clinic is a 45 minute session where we focus on breaking down a single movement and building it back up so you have a better understanding of the movement and how to attack it to improve it.

Some things I’ll highlight during the clinics:

  • Movement transfer (how working on a movement in a certain way can improve a ton of other movements)
  • Proper positioning for improved performance (and subsequently joint health)
  • Movement progressions

The clinic will be a mix of “lecture” (me trying not to talk too much) and practical application.  As you could have guessed by the title of this blog post, the first movement we will focus on is the pull-up.  Below are the rest of the details.
