Starting this Monday (6/17), we will be holding Open Gym Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 1:00pm – 3:00pm and Sunday from 10:00am – 12:00pm. This is time for you to come in and work on whatever you’d like. Hit a WOD, lift, mobilize, etc. Whatever your heart desires.
If you’re not sure what to do with your time, I recommend hitting a WOD you missed earlier in the week or following a strength program. Coach Snyder posted a very good strength program on the blog earlier this week, which you can find here.
