As CrossFitter’s we know those long, slow runs aren’t going to produce the athletic and body composition results we’d like to see.  But is there any scientific, peer-reviewed studies that show traditional cardio workouts aren’t as effective as people think? The Nutrition Investigator, Mike Geary, discusses some of the research that’s out there:
