Ok, so you’ve mastered the kipping pull-up and you have the strength to knock out a good 5+ dead-hang pull-ups.  It’s time to conquer the butterfly kipping pull-up.  Mastering the butterfly kip will allow you to crank out pull-ups at a faster pace than the normal kipping pull-up.
