Everyone has been hearing buzz about the CrossFit Open! We want to be the fittest gym in Maryland for the second year in a row and cleaning up your diet will help with performance (and looking good in a bathing suit of course)

Our Spring Paleo Challenge is going to be tied in with the Open this year; running March 6-April 7

Rules to win:

1. Must have a partner and you will motivate your partner to complete ALL FIVE open workouts. You do not need to sign up for the open or complete them RX but you MUST have a score for each workout. Scaled or not.

2. You AND your partner have to submit a food journal every SUNDAY by emailing it to me. I don’t want late submissions and both partners need to submit or your team is out.

3. Each “cheat” is a 5 burpee penalty for both partners.

4. Winners will have submitted all five food journals, complete all five workouts, and have the fewest combined cheats.
