Please join us on Saturday February 23 for CFDR’s 3rd Annual CrossFit Total Event and for the first time ever, a potluck Paleo Chili Cook Off and Baconpalooza. The Total will start promptly at 9:30am and the eating festivities will follow immediately after. We ask participants to bring their best Paleo-Chili or their favorite Bacon dish to share.
