Workout of the Day
At the top of each minute, perform a 100 meter sprint.
Use the rest of the minute to complete as many pistols as possible.
Workout is done when you reach 50 pistols on each leg.
Break up the reps however you’d like.

With Remainder of Minute: Max Double Unders

Front Squat 3×5
EMOM 10: 5 Hang Clean (115/75)
With Remainder of Minute: Max Double Unders or Singles
Score is Number of Double Unders, or Singles Divided by 3
