Workout of the Day
At the top of each minute, perform a 100 meter sprint.
Use the rest of the minute to complete as many pistols as possible.
Workout is done when you reach 50 pistols on each leg.
Break up the reps however you’d like.
Shoulder Press: 3-3-3-3-3
Performance – 4 Rounds for Time:
40 Double Unders
Rx – 3 Pull Ups + 3 Ring Dips = 1 Muscle Up
