I’ve been contemplating posting a blog about hamstring strains since we did 50 yard sprints a couple weeks ago and a handful of athletes pulled up gimpy. When one of our coaches (cough Riva cough) strained his hamstring for the second time playing touch football, I thought it was time to talk hamstring strains.
