Ever wonder what’s going on inside the head of your coaches?  Believe me, it’s a scary place filled with heavy deadlifts, insane mobility routines, and burpee-deck squat-pistol-pull-ups (if you have to ask you don’t want to know).  Sometimes I wake up from a dead sleep in the middle of the night thinking about a Snatch I missed.
