For those of you interested in competing, there are three local events coming up in the next couple of months.

The first event is the Courage Games, which will be held on August 4th, from 9am-5pm.  Click here for more information.

The second event is “Beef A King Fit”, held on August 11th, from 9am-6pm.  Click here for more information.

The third event will be the 5 Ton 5K held the last weekend in September, the 29th and the 30th.  Click here for more information.

If you have never competed before, any of these competitions are a good place to start.  If you have competed, all of these competitions will provide you with challenging workouts and good athletes to compete against.
