Most of our veteran members at CFDR are aware of the workout “Fran” and how much “fun” it is.  You guys are probably also aware of Justin’s love/hate relationship with “Fran”.  You guys are probably unaware of the back story of this wonderful workout, and nobody tells it better then the creator of “Fran” (and CrossFit) Greg Glassman.

For those of you who don’t know what “Fran” is or have never done “Fran” before, make sure you get to class today.  It’ll be the start of a wonderful relationship.
