Anyone can go 100% and bring MAX intensity at the start of a WOD. That’s easy to do when you are fresh and feeling good, but what you do on the last round or the last few minutes of the AMRAP is the work that will make you better.  Being able to continue to push yourself when you are tired, sore and in pain is when the improvements will come.  Those that continue to work hard, that don’t give up and fight for every last second and every last reps are the ones who will improve.  Start fast, finish faster.
