CrossFit has definitely cemented itself as the training regimen of choice for the Military, Law Enforcement, and Fire Fighters.  Because of this, CrossFit has been regularly releasing “Hero WOD’s” from the beginning, honoring our men and women who have given their lives in service of our country.

Today, we are performing the Hero WOD named “Badger”.  This WOD was created in honor of Navy Chief Petty Officer Mark Carter, 27, of Virginia Beach, VA who was killed in Iraq 11 December 2007.

This workout will be tough and intense.  When you think about quitting, slowing down, or complaining, think about the men and women who have sacrificed for out freedom.
