If you have any interest in “Power” sports, or just getting strong in general, CrossFit Football should be your go to.  These guys have very smart, sound programming and break down their strength progressions into Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced levels.  You probably won’t win the CrossFit Games following this programming, but you’ll kick ass during your rugby, football, basketball, volleyball, and lacrosse games.
