Alright guys, with Daylight Savings coming this Sunday and the extended daylight, we are ready to kick off our running program.  Here are the details:

When: 6:15 – 7:00 PM, Tuesday and Thursday for 7 weeks (March 13th – April 26th).

Where: The track behind Tilden Middle School.

During these sessions we will be working on running technique and improving running stamina.

The CFDR Running Program is open to all members and non-members, free of charge.  Just be willing to show up and work hard!
