As we go for some heavy PR’s today, here’s some lift ratio’s to keep in mind.  This list is most useful in determining strengths and weaknesses.  This list also has some limitations because of the potential for variation among athletes.  Anyways, here you go.

  • Snatch to Clean & Jerk = 80-85%
  • Power Snatch to Snatch = 80-85%
  • Power Clean to Clean = 80-90%
  • Clean to Deadlift = 70-75%
  • Muscle Snatch to Snatch = 60-65%
  • Press to Push Press = 70-75%
  • Front Squat to Back Squat = 85-90%
  • Overhead Squat to Back Squat = 65-70%
  • Snatch to Overhead Squat = 90-98%
