As we prepare for Fight Gone Bad on September 17th, we are going to look closely at each of the 5 movements of Fight Gone Bad. Today we are looking at the Push Press. Here are some tips:

  • Feet Begin Under the Hip
  • Shoulder Width Grip, with Elbows slightly in Front of the Bar
  • Flex at Hips and Knees, but do not Bend Over
  • Drive Bar Over Head to Full Extension, this is an Explosive Movement
