As we prepare for Fight Gone Bad on September 17th, we are going to look closely at each of the 5 movements of Fight Gone Bad. Today we are looking at Rowing for Calories. Here are some tips:

  • Understand each stage of the Movement (Diagram)
  • Pull hard each time like you would in a deadlift or Sumo deadlift high pull
  • On the recovery stroke, rest
  • Pull hard, not fast, or you will get worn out
