“Fall Seven Times Get Up Eight” ~ Japanese Proverb

I was really inspired by this quote shared in my martial arts class this week. Nothing truly great is accomplished without some struggle and hard work. It can be frustrating for all of us when we are not able to do a pull up, climb a rope or lift a heavy weight. The difference for an elite athlete is that they never give up and they persevere through adversity.

For all of you who have struggled with a technique, reached a plateau, or even ate sugar this week on the Paleo challenge … I challenge you to not give up. If you fall down, stand up again and keep going. Remember, anyone can fall down seven times, it’s the getting back up that shows who you truly are.

Monday:  Possibly Hero WOD at 10:30 with BBQ to follow????
