What do you like/dislike about CrossFit? I love the challenge of the workouts, but I hate when I can’t perform WODs as prescribed.
Favorite WOD/Exercises/Skill? heavy days, especially oly lifts
Least favorite WOD/exercise/skill? pull-ups and push-ups
Besides CrossFit what do you like to do? travel, paleo cooking
Goals for 2011? to be able to do pistols without assistance
Advice for a newbie? Don’t give up! My first WOD was Filthy Fifty and I thought I was going to die during the knees to elbows, but I kept going through all the movements. Also, my burpees weren’t really burpees by the time I got to them, but I finished the whole WOD and I was so proud, even though it took like an hour to complete it.
