When did you start CrossFitting? June 2010

How did you hear about CrossFit? My wife Linda started CrossFitting with Justin in the park.

What do you like/dislike about CrossFit? I like the broad focus on general fitness and mobility, I like learning new stuff, I like the results, I like the supportive community

Favorite WOD/Exercises/Skill? I tend to like the WODs, exercises, skills that I’m better at and come more easily. I like the WODs that I can do Rx’d, but there aren’t many of those at this point. Since every WOD tends to work some weakness there’s something to like and dislike each time.

Least favorite WOD/exercise/skill? All the things that I struggle with, especially overhead squats, frogstands, handstands.

Besides CrossFit what do you like to do?  Sports/Hobbies/Activities? What else is there?

Goals for 2011? Get stronger and faster. Get double unders.

Advice for a newbie? Come as often as you can. Don’t quit. Pay attention to the nutrition piece.

Jay uses his arms to pull, demostrating to the class, what NOT to do while cleaning.
