We start today.  You should have received an email last night explaining the rules of the challenge.  If you didn’t I can resend or you can pick up a copy at the gym.  Remember to grab a score sheet next time you are in the gym.
5 weeks of strict Paleo Diet.  (Eat lean meats, lots of veggies, a bit of fruit and some healthy fats.)

No grains, pasta, rice, breads, cereals,etc.
No dairy.
No legumes.
No sweeteners.
No processed foods.
***If you have questions on what is and isn’t Paleo approved, refer to your Paleo Diet Cliff notes.
